At Book Ujjain Puja, we understand that plans can change due to various situations. We strive to provide a fair, smooth, and transparent refund and cancellation process for all our devotees.

1. Cancellation Rules
  • Advance Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or postpone your puja booking, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja date.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: If a cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the token advance will not be refunded. This is because standard preparations (purchasing pure samagri, booking ghats/temple slots, and scheduling pandits) are already completed by then.
2. Refund Process & Eligibility
  • If a booking is cancelled within the valid timeframe (more than 48 hours in advance), your token amount will be partially refunded after a small deduction for processing fees.
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In any rare event where Pandit Ji cannot perform the puja due to emergencies from our end, we will instantly offer to reschedule the ritual. If you prefer not to reschedule, a 100% full refund of the advance token will be initiated immediately.
3. Online Video-Call (E-Puja) Policy
  • If an Online Puja fails to take place due to technical or network breakdown from our end, a complete refund will be issued.
  • If the devotee fails to join the scheduled live video streaming without any prior update, it will be marked as a 'No-Show' and no refund will be provided.
4. Processing Timeframe

Once a refund request is evaluated and approved by our support desk, the amount will be processed back to your original payment mode (UPI, Bank Transfer, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
